My Mother’s Son –
This shirt is soooo nice for Mom! Mom gets cold easily and the long sleeves help her keep her body heat. The zipper in the sleeve means she does not have to roll up the sleeve or wear a short sleeve T-shirt! The Technicians at the clinic LOVE the ease of access the zipper provides. We have a pink shirt. If blood gets on it, spray or pour hydrogen peroxide on the blood then machine wash it with your normal detergent and the blood stains disappear! Worse case scenario…repeat the above procedure and the shirt comes out the washer good as new! Awesome products from Hemowear! Thanks for normalizing out lives Hemowear!

I ordered a med. purple. It runs small and for 100% cotton, it certainly is scratchy feeling. The picture suggested a bottom of the arm zipper but it was a top. I hope it works.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my mom. Mom’s access is in upper-arm shoulder area. These shirts are an awesome find! Because of the access area, she was wearing regular t-shirts and trying to stay warm under a blanket. With the zippered arm, she can keep her sweatshirt on throughout her treatment. The shirt has held up very well to numerous washings. Zippers are easy to use and have also held up well in the wash. I have since ordered another sweatshirt and long sleeve t-shirt, At first my mom didn’t think she needed anything special…now she doesn’t want to be without her special shirt. She is the envy of her dialysis center!
