FAQ

Why does it take so long?

It will take 7 to 10 days for processing. Meaning we use your money to purchase the basic product which take 2 to 3 days to get to us, we then give the product to our seamstress to make the required alterations which again takes about 2 to 3 day.  At this point we inspect it add our logo and then send the item off to you with an email giving a USPS tracking number.

Sizing:

Men’s clothing is true to size.

Women’s clothing the sizing vary.

  • T-shirts and long sleeve t-shirts, we recommend going up one size; (if you wear a medium chose a large). This is due to the fact that the shirts are 100% cotton and will shirk a little from washing.
  • Sweatshirts and hoodies are call unisex which means they fit men better yet they are meant to be layered, so stay to your size.
  • Zip-up hoodies and Microfleece jackets are cut to fit women, so choose your regular size.

Why is there NO one there to answer the phones?

Since we are small company with less than 7 employees, most of us are doing 3 different jobs at once. When we do get the change to chat with you on the phone, note that we do not rush you and we like to get to know our customers. We thank you for your patients
