Christina – a hemodialysis parient fir over 25 years –
I bought a women’s hooded sweatshirt with a left arm access zipper. It’s great…both comfortable & funtional! The color is really nice too (I got it in Carolina Blue). It kept me much warmer during dialysis (as we all know it is always freezing in units between the machine temperature & the super high ac…lol). I especially like that my sleeve has 2 zippers that can go both ways. My acccess is in my upper left arm so this allows access to my graft plus I can pull the zipper up on my forearm once I’m connected to stay a little warmer. The hood & front pocket are also great to have! I would highly recommend this hooded sweatshirt to anyone on hemodialysis.

I bought this for my daughter who just started dialysis. She’s a tiny little thing. She absolutely loves it! Only needed the zipper in one arm. Size is perfect and the inside is so soft. She now wants a black one and a pink one. Thank you HemoWear. Will tell everyone about you and share pics on FB.
